Just some tips for Ash and Rita.
To start Rita you need 15-20 in each physical stat in the gym so go a least once a day to save time.
As for Ash as soon as you are done with Kat pick the option to make her feedee and she will progress by herself requires Cat to be completed 1st.
As for the ??? under Helena never found her.
