AFAIK, it was just a reward for the patreons. Some people probably liked all the artwork and animations combined in a package. Then it was leaked and it ended up here.

Probably not. This dev is working on 3 other newer games.

She is you mom. So call her 'Mom'. Another option is to go the cheat rock south of your home, click on it several times and type 'SirenSez'. For the intended roles.

You can call her whatever you want. If you define her role as your mother (and you as her son), the MC and she will use those titles. No other characters can take this role.
