I associate any type of ntr with a dark corrupt mood. This game is as opposite to that as a game can be. Everything is wholesome. Don't go expecting anything dark
I would say a game like Summertime saga is very wholesome but it does have quite a bit of netori so I don't really think those things are linked. But from what I heard from other people this game doesn't have netori yet.

There's no netori in the game yet, though at some point in the future, the MC will likely have something with the wife of the gatekeeper.
